BabaGcabs provides on-demand and scheduled transportation services. While we do not ship physical goods, this page explains how we deliver your ride experience from booking to drop-off.

Service coverage

• We serve listed cities and routes; availability is shown during booking.
• Certain areas may have access restrictions; we will inform you of viable pickup points.

Booking confirmation

• After checkout you receive booking details via SMS/email and in-app.
• Driver and vehicle details are shared once assigned, typically before pickup time.

Driver arrival & waiting

• We target on-time arrival; buffers may be built in for airport or peak-hour trips.
• Standard complimentary waiting applies as per service type; excess waiting may be billable.

Delays and disruptions

• Traffic, weather, or civic events can affect ETAs; we will keep you updated and propose alternatives when possible.
• If we cannot fulfill a booking, you are entitled to a refund of amounts paid for the unserved service.

Special requests

• For luggage needs, child seats, accessibility assistance, or multi-stop plans, share details during booking.
• Some requests may carry additional charges which will be confirmed before you accept.
