How we vet drivers & cars

Every driver completes ID and address verification, license validation, and a clean police record check. We also review past platform ratings when available before assigning new trips.

Training covers defensive driving, customer etiquette, and baggage handling. Punctuality is monitored; frequent late arrivals trigger coaching or removal from priority dispatch.

Cars undergo hygiene and safety checks—AC performance, seatbelts, lights, tyres, and insurance/permit validity. We avoid dispatching vehicles older than a set threshold for comfort and reliability.

Live feedback matters: if you flag cleanliness or behavior, we can reassign quickly. Serious violations lead to immediate off-boarding; minor issues prompt retraining.

We keep a reserve pool in many cities to replace a vehicle in case of breakdowns, aiming to minimize your wait and keep your itinerary intact.
