We aim to process refunds quickly and fairly. This policy explains when refunds apply, how they are calculated, and the timelines involved for BabaGcabs bookings.

When refunds apply

• Cancellations within the permitted window for the chosen service.
• Service failures attributable to us (e.g., no driver assigned, vehicle not as promised).
• Overpayments or duplicate charges detected on the same booking.

Processing timelines

• Approved refunds are initiated within 5-7 business days.
• Bank or card issuers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
• We will notify you by email/SMS once a refund is processed.

How to request a refund

• Share your booking ID, payment reference, and reason for the request.

• We may request supporting proof (e.g., payment slip, screenshots) to verify claims.

Non-refundable charges

• Late cancellation or no-show fees as per our cancellation policy.
• Completed trip segments, tolls, parking, or state taxes already incurred.
• Penalties for vehicle misuse, damage, or extraordinary cleaning.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method wherever possible. In some cases, we may offer wallet credits or an alternate method with your consent.
