Cancellation Policy

Plans change and we try to stay flexible. These guidelines explain when you can cancel, what charges may apply, and how to reschedule a BabaGcabs booking.

Free cancellation window

• Local and airport rides: free cancellation up to 2 hours before pickup.
• Outstation/round trips: free cancellation up to 12 hours before pickup.
• After the free window, a cancellation fee may apply to cover driver allocation.

Late cancellation and no-show

• Late cancellations may incur a fixed fee or a portion of the fare, depending on service type.
• No-show (driver reaches pickup and cannot connect after reasonable attempts) may be billed up to the minimum trip charge.

Rescheduling

• Request rescheduling through support; fees (if any) depend on notice period and availability.
• Major changes to route, duration, or destination may require a fresh quote.

How to cancel

• Share your booking ID to help us process the request quickly.

Refunds after cancellation

Eligible refunds follow our refund policy timelines. Fees already incurred (tolls, parking, driver allowances) may be deducted where applicable.
