Product Pricing

BabaGcabs pricing is built to be transparent before you travel. Quotes are shown upfront and your final bill reflects the confirmed itinerary, any on-trip changes, and statutory taxes.

How we calculate fares

• Base fare by service type (airport, local, outstation/round trip, one-way, rental).
• Distance and time components based on planned or actual travel, as applicable.
• Demand, peak, or night-time charges when applicable and shown during booking.
• Tolls, parking, and state entry taxes either included in the quote or billed at actuals.
• Driver allowances for multi-day or late-night trips when relevant.

What is included

• Vehicle, driver, and standard fuel for the booked itinerary.
• GST where applicable and shown on the invoice.
• Customer support for schedule changes and en-route assistance.

What is not included

• Additional distance or time beyond the plan, billed per agreed rates.
• Road taxes, parking, or tolls when marked as payable at actuals.
• Damage, cleaning, or penalty charges arising from misuse of the vehicle.

Quotes, invoices, and taxes

We email and display quotes before you confirm. Final invoices detail fare components, applicable GST, and any extras. Ask us for GST-compliant invoices using your billing details.

Payments

• We may collect a partial advance to secure certain trips; the balance is payable per booking terms.
• Accepted methods include UPI, cards, netbanking, and other options shown at checkout.
• Corporate or repeat riders can request custom billing arrangements through support.
